Job Description: Under the direction of a Manager or Senior Manager, the Oncology Clinical Services Lead is an integral part of the account team, ensuring partner satisfaction through on-going communication and management of partner projects. The Clinical Services Lead ensures partner deliverables are met during new implementations and projects, monitoring and prioritizing case workflow, and handing first tier customer service issues.  This position requires a current ODS-C.

The target wage range for this role is $36.00 - 38.00 per hour. In addition to your base pay, you can earn up to a 5% annual bonus as a reward for your impact and contributions to our shared success! Individual wage rates within this range are based on multiple factors including but not limited to skills, experiences, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational considerations. Wage ranges are reviewed, at minimum, annually and all team members are eligible for performance-based wage rate increases annually.

*Team members who work 30 or more hours each week are considered full-time. This position requires a 40 hour per week commitment.
