You will be responsible for developing technical documents, supporting the sales team with technical capabilities, and ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. How You'll Make an Impact

• Influence technical specifications for existing and new customers.
• Develop and grow the product line pipeline.
• Acquire new customers by demonstrating product quality and value.
• Create technical documents such as white papers and technical comparisons.
• Enhance the technical capabilities of the sales team.
• Define and implement go-to-market strategies.
• Ensure market and product fit for new developments.
• Participate in IEEE committees for the product line.

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or similar; Master's or PhD preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• 10-15 years of experience in technical and marketing roles related to the products.
• Strong product marketing and sales skills.
• Focus on problem-solving strategies and customer satisfaction.
• Structured approach to engineering solutions.
• Intercultural sensitivity.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
