The Role

Linux構築のご経験を活かし、インフラ基盤構築の技術リードとしてだけでなく、IT戦略• ロードマップ策定にも関与できる上流ポジションです。
大手生命保険会社向けの大規模プロジェクトにて、10〜14名のチームを技術的に牽引しながら、レビュー• 品質管理• 移行計画策定など、基盤構築の中心となる役割を担っていただきます。
PM候補としてキャリアアップを目指す方に最適な環境です。
【業務内容】
• Linux（AIX 含む）を中心としたインフラ基盤の構築
• 技術リーダーとして10〜14名規模チームを牽引
• 作業内容の技術レビュー、品質チェック
• 構築テスト、移行計画書の作成
• 顧客向け報告資料の作成• 説明
• IT戦略• ロードマップ策定への参画（将来の基盤構想検討）

Who You Are
【必須（MUST）】
■Linux構築経験（7〜8年以上）
■5〜10名規模のマネジメント／リード経験
【歓迎（WANT）】
□AIX環境での構築経験
□Webサーバ（WAS、MQ）の知識• レビュー経験
□AWS などクラウド基盤でのアーキテクチャ経験
□VMware など仮想化基盤の経験
□顧客折衝、PM／PMO のご経験
