USA TODAY NETWORK is seeking a strategic and creative Editorial Director, Portfolio Businesses and Affiliate Partnerships to drive the creation of high-performing CPC (cost-per-click) content and oversee the affiliate partnership approval process, and building an audience and creating content for our 10BEST brand. This role is ideal for an editorial professional with a passion for digital content, commerce, and partnership development. This person will collaborate with other development editors to shape our commerce content strategy, ensuring editorial excellence, and maximizing revenue opportunities through innovative affiliate collaborations.

This role is remote and can be based anywhere in the US, except for Alaska and Hawaii.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $88,000 and $137,500. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
