Job Summary

The Mid-Market Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team to deliver predictable growth and retain existing customer accounts in our SME segment. This role sets the operating rhythm, drives sales discipline, and elevates both execution and capability within the team. You will guide your teams through structured territory planning, strong pipeline management, solution-led selling, and effective partner engagement; while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development. This manager plays a critical role in shaping the long-term success of the market and developing future leaders.
