職務概要
データセンターのインターコネクションおよびネットワークソリューションを軸に、新規エンタープライズ顧客の獲得および既存顧客の利用拡大を通じて、Equinixのマーケットシェアおよび収益成長を推進するポジションです。
顧客のネットワークアーキテクチャ、クラウド接続要件、低遅延・高可用性などの技術的要件を深く理解した上で、セールスエンジニア（SE）やソリューションアーキテクト（SA）、および社内外パートナーと連携し、データセンター間接続、クラウド接続、グローバルネットワークを活用した最適なソリューション提案を行います。
主な職務内容
【顧客関係構築】
- 担当アカウントにおけるIT／ネットワーク部門、インフラ責任者、クラウド担当者との関係構築
- データセンター接続、ネットワーク構成、クラウド接続に関する課題の把握および解決
- 四半期ビジネスレビュー（QBR）の実施による新たなインターコネクション／ネットワーク活用機会の創出
- CIO／CTOなどエグゼクティブ向けブリーフィングのリード
【社内外パートナーとの連携】
- SE／SAと連携し、ネットワークトポロジーや相互接続設計を踏まえた提案活動を推進
- クラウドサービス事業者、通信キャリア、IX、MSP、リセラーとの協業
- グローバルセールスチームと連携したクロスリージョン案件の推進
- データセンター間接続（DCI）やグローバル展開案件の創出
【アカウントプランニング】
- 顧客のIT／ネットワークインフラおよびクラウド利用状況の把握
- グローバル拠点を含めたインターコネクション視点でのアカウント戦略策定
- 複数事業ライン（コロケーション、インターコネクション、クラウド接続）を横断したアカウントプランの推進
【ソリューションセリング】
- 顧客のビジネス課題および技術要件（DCI、クラウド接続、低遅延・高可用性等）の把握
- ネットワーク／インターコネクションを軸としたソリューション提案のリード
- Equinixのコロケーション、Cross Connect、インターコネクションサービス、グローバルプラットフォームの提案および販売
- 外部パートナーを活用した新規ネットワークユースケースの創出
【契約更新・リテンション】
- 解約リスクのある顧客への能動的な対応と接続拡張提案
- 契約更新および条件交渉の主導による収益維持・拡大
- 契約条件、通知期間、更新条件の管理
【パイプライン管理】
- Salesforce（SFDC）上での案件および予測管理
- ネットワーク拡張案件や契約満了の可視化とチャーン予測
【テリトリー／プロスペクティング】
- ネットワーク集約やクラウド接続を検討する企業への戦略的アプローチ
- Cレベル／IT責任者向けのインフラ・ネットワーク起点の提案活動
- 国内外拠点を含むグローバル展開案件の創出
【育成・リーダーシップ】
- 営業チームへのネットワーク／インターコネクション知見の共有
- 新サービス・新プロダクトに関するベストプラクティスの展開
応募資格
- 7年以上の法人営業経験（目安）
- データセンター、ネットワーク、通信、クラウド接続領域での営業または技術営業経験
- エンタープライズ顧客（IT／ネットワーク部門）との折衝経験
- ネットワーク、相互接続、クラウドに関する基礎知識
- 日本語：ビジネスレベル
- 英語：読み書きレベル
- 学士号必須
