Zillow's Agent Sales organization empowers real estate professionals with the solutions and technology they need to succeed. The GTM Strategy & Planning team acts as our internal strategy house, architecting business models that deliver value to agents while building sustainable revenue for Zillow.
We enable this transformation by delivering best-in-class reporting, analytics, and insights, spanning executive-level dashboards to frontline tooling, to drive strategy and execution across Agent Software & Advertising and Preferred businesses.
Our work supports core Zillow offerings including Zillow Showcase, ShowingTime, Dotloop, and key components of the Premier Agent ecosystem, with a strong focus on revenue growth, customer health, and product adoption.

About the role

Zillow is looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to create compelling visualizations, conduct rigorous analysis, and, most importantly, generate insights that drive action for Executive Leadership at Zillow Group.

This role owns visualization and analytics focused on customer health and/or customer value, including our L1 and L2 metrics-the key indicators used to measure business performance and enable executive-level inspection and auditing across Agent Software & Advertising and Preferred. The Business Intelligence Manager will partner closely with Sales, Preferred, Customer Success, Product, and GTM leaders to drive cross-functional initiatives aligned to Zillow's long-term growth strategy.

Success in this role requires strong business acumen, operational rigor, professionalism, strategic thinking, and advanced problem-solving skills, along with deep proficiency in data analytics and executive storytelling.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. "Remote" employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $98,900.00 - $158,100.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont the standard base pay range for this role is $94,000.00 - $150,200.00 annually. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Employees in this role will not be paid below the salary threshold for exempt employees in the state where they reside.
