Job Description Summary

The Hydro Power Sales Manager - Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) is responsible for driving profitable growth of GE Vernova's Hydro Power business across the CEE region. The role focuses primarily on large new-build and refurbishment projects (turbines, generators, balance of plant, modernization and digital solutions), while also covering the broader Hydro portfolio as needed.

You will identify and qualify opportunities, shape and execute opportunity capture plans, manage key accounts and stakeholders, and coordinate the internal matrix organization to deliver winning, compliant and profitable offers.
