Job Description Summary
The Assessments and Coaching Practice Leader is responsible for defining, executing, and continuously improving the organization's assessment, coaching and 360 programs. The person in this role will be required to translate organizational needs into scalable development solutions that strengthen leadership capability and culture across the enterprise.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and administer a purpose-driven assessment strategy and governance model that serves differentiated, yet prioritized, needs across the enterprise
- Lead the assessment workstream to activate GE Vernova's Leadership Framework
- Refine and administer a standard coaching strategy and governance model that serves differentiated, yet prioritized, needs across the enterprise
- Design, launch and administer 360 solution(s)
- Identify and manage relationships with all solution providers for assessments, coaching and 360 interventions
- Scan externally for innovation in talent management and benchmark for unique practices that have relevance for GE Vernova
- Collaborate closely with business and cross-functional partners and stakeholders to inform solutions that will support a broader, integrated talent strategy
- Collaborate with peers and other stakeholders to ensure enabling communications approach, technology and analytics align with and support talent strategy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related discipline from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge or experience
- Masters or PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology
- Substantial proven experience in a talent and/or executive development related function; practitioner experience strongly preferred
- Experience defining and implementing strategies and programs for large, matrixed enterprise
- Experience and expertise in assessment design and implementation
- Demonstrates clear and critical thinking
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to craft compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project and program management capabilities, including managing complex, multi-phase initiatives across varying stakeholder groups
Desired Characteristics
- Experience with technology enabled assessments
- Experience in and knowledge of industry trends in Talent Management and/or Development
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide solutions
- Highly collaborative, with a strong orientation toward partnership and enterprise thinking.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity.
- Comfortable innovating, driving change, and continuously improving development solutions to meet evolving business goals.

Location: Remote/Flexible. EST/CST time zone strongly preferred.
For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $ 150,000.00 - 230,000.00 . The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $141,900.00 and $236,600.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
