The Role
En el departamento de Public Cloud de Kyndryl, no buscamos solo migrar cargas de trabajo; buscamos redefinir cómo las empresas internacionales operan en la nube.
Buscamos a un/a AWS Lead & Principal Consultant que actúe como la "mano derecha" técnica y estratégica de la Dirección de Public Cloud.
Este es un rol híbrido y de alto impacto. No buscamos un gestor puro ni un técnico de trinchera aislado. Buscamos un/a Líder Tecnológico que sea capaz de bajar al barro en proyectos complejos de AWS (Cloud Native) y, al mismo tiempo, tenga la visión de negocio para ayudar a definir nuestra oferta, estandarizar nuestras prácticas y elevar el nivel de nuestro talento. Tu misión es ser el puente entre la excelencia técnica en el delivery y la estrategia comercial de la práctica.
Este rol se divide en dos grandes áreas de influencia (Modelo Híbrido Estrategia/Ejecución):
1. Estrategia de Práctica, Offering y Preventa (Foco Interno & Crecimiento)
- Definición de Estándares (The "Kyndryl Way" on AWS): Trabajar junto a la Dirección para definir los Blueprints, Guidelines y Best Practices de arquitectura en AWS. Asegurar que no "reinventamos la rueda" en cada proyecto.
- Desarrollo de Talento y Comunidad: Definir y mentorizar el Career Path para los perfiles de AWS dentro de la organización. Fomentar una cultura técnica sólida, crear comunidad y elevar el nivel de certificación y expertise del equipo.
- Soporte a Propuestas Estratégicas: Aportar el sello de autoridad técnica en propuestas comerciales complejas (RFP/RFI). No se trata de hacer la oferta, sino de diseñar la solución ganadora y defenderla ante C-Levels del cliente.
- Evolución del Offering (Data & AI): Identificar oportunidades para integrar servicios de Datos e Inteligencia Artificial Generativa en nuestro offering estándar de infraestructura, moviéndonos de "IaaS" a soluciones de valor añadido.
2. Delivery de Alto Valor y Asesoría (Foco Cliente)
- Arquitecto Principal en Proyectos Cloud Native: Liderar técnicamente (Hands-on cuando sea necesario) los proyectos más desafiantes o emblemáticos. Diseñar soluciones basadas en Serverless, Contenedores (EKS) y arquitecturas orientadas a eventos.
- Trusted Advisor del Cliente: Actuar como la contraparte técnica de los CIOs/CTOs de nuestros clientes, generando la confianza necesaria para expandir nuestra huella (Upselling) a través de la excelencia técnica.
- Aseguramiento de Calidad (QA): Realizar revisiones de arquitectura (Well-Architected Reviews) en proyectos en curso para asegurar que el equipo de delivery cumple con los estándares definidos.
Who You Are
Conocimientos Técnicos Esenciales (Hard Skills)
- Dominio Profundo de AWS: Experiencia demostrable (más de 8 años en IT, mínimo 5 profundos en AWS) en entornos productivos críticos. Certificación AWS Solutions Architect requerida.
- ADN Cloud Native: No buscamos expertos en "Lift & Shift" de máquinas virtuales. Debes dominar servicios serverless y gestionados de AWS como Lambda, Fargate, DynamoDB, Kinesis, APIGW.
- Automatización como Norma: Experiencia avanzada en IaC (Terraform, CDK o CloudFormation) y pipelines de CI/CD modernos.
- Diferencial en Datos & IA: Se valorará muy positivamente experiencia arquitectando Data Lakes modernos, pipelines de datos y conocimiento de servicios de IA/ML de AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock). Entender cómo operacionalizar la IA (MLOps/LLMOps).
Habilidades y Mentalidad Clave (Soft Skills & Culture)
- Client Facing & Executive Presence: Capacidad para estar en una sala con directivos, entender sus dolores de negocio y articular cómo AWS soluciona sus problemas sin usar jerga técnica innecesaria.
- Team Builder & Social Skills: Buscamos a alguien con inteligencia emocional. Alguien capaz de crear equipo, que disfrute compartiendo conocimiento y que sea un imán de talento. Debes tener la habilidad de influir sin imponer.
- Mentalidad de "owner": Capacidad para trabajar con autonomía junto al Director/a. No esperas a que te digan qué hay que mejorar; identificas el hueco en el proceso o la oferta y propones la solución.
- Resiliencia y Gestión del Contexto: Habilidad para balancear las presiones del delivery (el "ahora") con la construcción de la práctica (el "futuro").
