The Hydro Controls & Governors Sales and Business Development Leader is responsible to develop and grow our commercial pipeline of Controls & Governor (C&G) opportunities in North America region (US and Canada) ensuring proper business development of this segment of our Hydropower activity.
The Hydro C&G activities cover delivery of upgrade & retrofit projects (design, supply, installation & commissioning) but also Transactional Services (monitoring & diagnosis, technical assistance, condition assessment, part supply, maintenance & repairs, emergency field interventions).

For candidates applying to a Canadian-based position, the pay range for this position is between $102,200 and $152,200 CAD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility: (annual bonus) This posting is for an existing vacancy.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $91,400 and $140k. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: [Annual Bonus].
