Business Development Representative - Japanese speaker

The Senior Hybrid Business Development Representative role is designed for someone who has already built strong foundations in business development, recruitment, or another activity driven outreach role and is now looking for their next level of impact. This is not a step sideways. It is a step up.

You will be a builder. Someone who enjoys creating structure, refining local processes, and helping shape how enterprise business development is executed in Japan within a global organisation. You will play a key role in solidifying top of funnel strategy and execution for the region, while representing Japan's perspective and performance on a global stage.

This role suits someone who is competitive by nature and proud of their craft. You enjoy calling, prospecting, building relationships and creating opportunity. You like being in the numbers, tracking performance, and holding yourself to high standards. You are motivated by execution, but you also think strategically about how pipeline is built, sustained, and scaled.

You are comfortable leading thinking in the region. You do not shy away from clear, confident conversations about what great performance looks like, and you bring others along with you through credibility, data, and results.

The role is a true hybrid of inbound and outbound business development. You will work with a strong flow of inbound interest while also prospecting into a large, established database and targeted outbound campaigns. For someone who loves activity, variety, and ownership, this is a highly rewarding portfolio.
