Your Mission
As a Field Service Engineer (FSE) based in Italy (home office), you will report directly to the Field Service Manager located in Massy, France.
You will join a team of service engineers dedicated to the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of our systems at customer sites across Italy, Europe, and internationally.
As a Field Service Engineer, you are the technical guarantor of the proper installation, commissioning, and performance of our systems at customer facilities.
You will work on critical equipment (converters, medium-voltage drives, control systems, MMCs) while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and performance standards.
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize missions in coordination with project and technical support teams
- Perform commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and preventive and corrective maintenance
- Supervise complex site activities and coordinate on-site stakeholders
- Ensure technical compliance and quality of interventions
- Act as the primary technical interface with the customer
- Prepare intervention reports and ensure contractual deliverables
- Contribute to continuous improvement through feedback and lessons learned
- Identify opportunities for improvement or additional services
- Support and mentor new team members
Profile
- Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, or equivalent technical background
- Strong expertise in:
- Electrotechnics
- Industrial electrical systems
- Medium-voltage drives / power converters
- Control and automation systems
- Ability to work on high-power systems
- Autonomous, rigorous, and customer-oriented
- English is mandatory
- French is a plus
- High mobility (approximately 80% travel in France and internationally)
- Experience in industrial site interventions is preferred

La tua missione
Come Field Service Engineer (FSE) basato in Italia (home office), riporterai direttamente al Field Service Manager situato a Massy, Francia.
Entrerai a far parte di un team di ingegneri di service dedicati all'installazione, messa in servizio e manutenzione dei nostri sistemi presso i clienti in Italia, in Europa e a livello internazionale.
In qualità di Field Service Engineer, sarai il garante tecnico della corretta installazione, messa in servizio e performance dei nostri sistemi presso gli impianti dei clienti.
Lavorerai su apparecchiature critiche (convertitori, azionamenti in media tensione, sistemi di controllo, MMC) garantendo il rispetto degli standard di qualità, sicurezza e performance.
Le tue responsabilità
- Preparare e organizzare le missioni in coordinamento con i team di progetto e supporto tecnico
- Eseguire messa in servizio, test, troubleshooting e manutenzione preventiva e correttiva
- Supervisionare attività complesse in sito e coordinare gli stakeholder presenti
- Garantire la conformità tecnica e la qualità degli interventi
- Agire come interfaccia tecnica principale verso il cliente
- Redigere i report di intervento e assicurare il rispetto degli obblighi contrattuali
- Contribuire al miglioramento continuo tramite feedback e lesson learned
- Identificare opportunità di miglioramento o servizi aggiuntivi
- Supportare e affiancare i nuovi membri del team
Profilo
- Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica, Elettrotecnica o background tecnico equivalente
- Solida esperienza in:
- Elettrotecnica
- Impianti elettrici industriali
- Azionamenti in media tensione / convertitori di potenza
- Sistemi di controllo e automazione
- Capacità di lavorare su sistemi ad alta potenza
- Autonomia, rigore e orientamento al cliente
- Inglese obbligatorio
- Francese gradito
- Elevata mobilità (circa 80% trasferte in Italia e a livello internazionale)
- Esperienza in interventi su siti industriali preferibile
