Expert Policy Quality Enablement
The Expert Policy Quality Enablement role supports Delta Dental's quality outcomes and accurate payment practices through effective policy development, governance, and quality assurance. The role coordinates and supports change management and policy enablement by working closely with clinical experts, business leaders, delivery partners, and operational stakeholders. Operating in a complex, matrixed environment, the manager drives operational excellence by facilitating cross functional collaboration, monitoring timelines, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and contractual requirements. The position ensures high quality outcomes by following established delivery and change management processes to implement policy updates effectively across the organization.

Qualifications:
- 7+ w/Bachelor's degree
- Program management training or 5+ years of experience in managing complex, multi-project environments, with a demonstrated history of delivering strategic organizational change.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office products, especially MS SharePoint. Willingness to independently train and develop expertise on MS Share Point if needed.
- Ability to establish goals and objectives that support the change management plan.
- High detail orientation with strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational/time management and project management skills.
- Extensive knowledge of health care industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including proven ability to collaborate and influence across all functions and levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to resolve conflict, facilitate decision-making, and effectively identify and manage risks.
- Ability to quickly extract key insights from complex data and details.
Licenses
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI. Preferred
Base Pay Information
The national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity.
Pay Grade 21, $81,305.00 -$176,043.00
