Service & Sales Trainee
Job Overview:

As a Service & Sales Trainee, you will enter a structured talent development program. Starting with systematic learning of product and technical fundamentals, you will participate in practical technical support and customer service tasks under the guidance of mentors and the team.
This role is not a pure sales position nor a ceremonial rotational program. Instead, it uses technical understanding as the core starting point to gradually expand your knowledge of customer needs and application scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
- Systematically learn the company's core products and related technical knowledge, including product principles, structural characteristics, performance metrics, and key application scenarios, to build a comprehensive and practical technical understanding.
- Under the guidance of mentors, participate in product testing, technical support, or related project work to combine theoretical knowledge with actual products and applications, understanding product performance and limitations in real-world environments.
- Assist the technical and service teams in resolving issues encountered by customers during product application, gradually cultivating skills in problem analysis, communication, and feedback.
- Collect and organize technical feedback from customers and field applications, and assist in conveying this information to R&D or relevant departments to support the iterative optimization of products and solutions.
- Complete phased learning, practical tasks, and assessments according to the training plan, and gradually identify personal strengths and development directions in the process.
- Based on business needs, participate in a certain proportion of on-site customer support, product presentations, or technical exchange activities to understand the practical relationship between technology, service, and customers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, fresh graduate. A background in science and engineering is preferred; majors in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Power Engineering, Automation, etc., are particularly desirable.
- Strong learning ability and logical thinking skills, with the capacity to understand the context, assumptions, and boundary conditions of engineering and technical issues.
- Interest in technology, products, and their practical applications, with a willingness to accumulate capabilities through continuous learning and practice.
- Clear and pragmatic communication skills, able to interact effectively with both technical personnel and non-technical customers.
- Basic sense of responsibility and team collaboration skills, able to steadily advance work under established objectives.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and working proficiency in English; Cantonese proficiency is a plus.
- A rational attitude towards travel and on-site work arrangements, understanding their necessity for learning in this role.
