Employee Relations Specialist, EMEA - Zoom

The ER Specialist role is critical to managing the increased complexity of ER casework. Ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and supporting our managers through performance management, investigations, and organizational change. This is a specialized, risk-mitigating function that directly enables Zoom's go-forward strategy while maintaining our commitment to fairness, trust, and employee care.

About the Team

You'll join the People Experience (PX) function, working closely with ER Business Partners, PX Business Partners, and Legal teams across EMEA. This role is essential to embedding our performance culture, driving compliance excellence, and ensuring workforce changes are executed with sensitivity and precision. You'll be part of a team that values operational rigor, empathy, and continuous improvement. Particularly as we scale our operations and strengthen employee confidence in Zoom's commitment to fair employment practices.
