As Quality and Lean Leader, you will own and drive an integrated operational excellence strategy across the (Europe, Middle East, Africa, and APAC regions) EMEAA Pole full value stream. Reporting to the SPS Business Operations Leader and the EMEAA Pole General Manager, this role is pivotal in delivering safe, reliable, and consistently high-quality solutions that meet customer and regulatory expectations. You will embed Safety, Quality, and Lean principles deep into all operations, leading a high-performing team of Quality & Lean professionals. This is a senior leadership role with broad influence - spanning operations leadership, Value Stream transformation, suppliers, and customers. You will be the driving force behind continuous improvement across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC), delivering measurable value to customers and shareholders alike. Where you'll be an active contributor to these accountabilities:
• Operational Excellence - Lead end-to-end quality and lean transformation across the EMEAA Pole, ensuring best-in-class efficiency, compliance, and profitability
• Customer & Regulatory Assurance - Ensure all customer requirements are consistently embedded and delivered, reducing cost of poor quality and elevating the customer experience
• Cross-Functional Leadership - Partner across EHS, EMEAA teams, Steam Power Services, Gas Power, and supplier networks to align strategy and accelerate Value Stream performance

The pay range for this position: Between € 90,400.00 and € 135,600.00 gross per annum. The specific pay offered will consider the candidate's education, qualifications, experience and skill set.

A National Collective Bargaining Agreement ('NCBA' - Metalworking) is applicable in relation to the position. Below, we indicate the relevant provisions of the remuneration regulations applicable at the Employer. The available benefits based on the currently effective CBA and company policies include the following:

Stipendio Base: La retribuzione seguirà le tabelle salariali previste dal CCNL di categoria Metalmeccanico Industria

Base salary: The remuneration is established according to the Metalworking CBA salary scale, which defines job groups and minimum salary levels.

Pensione Integrativa (Cometa): Tutti i livelli sono eligibili, ad eccezione dei dirigenti.
Contributo del datore di lavoro: 2% (2,2% se under 35). Contributo del dipendente: 1,2%. Base di calcolo: retribuzione mensile lorda.

Pension Fund (Cometa): All levels are eligible, except executives (dirigenti).
Employer Contribution: 2% (2.2% if under 35). Employee Contribution: 1.2%. Base: monthly gross salary.

Assistenza Sanitaria (Metasalute): Assistenza sanitaria prevista da CCNL. Il dipendente ha la possibilità di rinunciare alla copertura di base optando per l'assistenza sanitaria integrativa offerta da Generali.
