This position reports to the Senior Director, Energy Operations and CleanTech in EMEA and is responsible for leading the execution of Equinix's Global Energy and Sustainability strategy across the APAC region.

As a senior regional leader, this role provides strategic direction, governance, and operational leadership across energy procurement, renewable energy programs, and utility strategy. The Director will lead a team of Senior Managers and Managers, driving large-scale, business-critical initiatives while partnering with global stakeholders to accelerate Equinix's decarbonization and energy resilience objectives.

The role requires deep expertise in energy markets, energy sourcing, and renewable solutions, with the ability to lead complex negotiations, oversee energy trading risk management, and shape regional strategy. The successful candidate will bring strong knowledge of physical power grids, power constraints, utility infrastructure, and connection agreements, while influencing executive stakeholders across the business.
