Job Summary

Equinix is driving a major commercial transformation to enable 3x growth by 2027. As part of this, we're redefining how deals are structured, priced, and executed through a standardized, globally aligned model.

We are seeking a Director, Deal Strategy & Enablement- APAC to lead the regional center of excellence responsible for accelerating deal execution across the Opportunity-to-Cash lifecycle. This is a transformational leadership role focused on building scalable systems, enabling Sales, and improving deal velocity across diverse APAC market with a proactive, data-driven, and enablement-led approach.
