Technical Leader

Job Description Summary

The Technical Leader leads the technical design, development, and implementation of comprehensive solution architectures from presales through delivery. This role will drive execution of key offerings including Distribution Automation, Process Bus Digital Substations, Cybersecurity, and Top-Down Engineering Solutions.
This individual will collaborate with business development and sales teams to analyze customer needs and translate into technical specifications aligned with the company's overall technology strategy. Project execution encompasses hardware devices (protection relays, bay controller units, auxiliary relays, industrial computers, synchronizing clocks, telecom equipment) and software applications (distribution automation, process bus, advanced protection schemes, cybersecurity management, device management, assets performance, microgrid) to monitor, control and protect various industrial applications in the energy sector.
This is a customer-facing role requiring experience presenting solutions and supporting demos, pilots, and proof-of-concepts to stakeholders from field engineers to executives.

#LI-Remote - This is a remote position

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $98,400.00 and $164,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
