What you can expect
Zoom is looking for a strategic Account Executive to drive digital transformation within our Commercial sector. In this role, you will act as the business leader of your territory or accounts. Moving beyond simple transactional sales to orchestrate complex, multi-product solution selling. You will balance net-new customer acquisition with strategic expansion of our install base, leveraging the full platform (UCaaS, CCaaS, CX, AI) to solve critical business challenges.

Responsibilities
- Building and managing a robust sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting across existing and new customer accounts to drive consistent revenue growth.
- Orchestrating data-driven territory plans by leveraging insights and consumption trends to prioritize high-propensity accounts and optimize coverage.
- Executing hybrid prospecting strategies that integrate social selling, partner co-selling, and direct outreach to uncover hidden opportunities within existing and new accounts.
- Driving product consumption and adoption by identifying unused entitlements, converting them into active usage, and generating measurable business value.
- Engaging C-Level, VP-Level, and functional decision-makers across Finance, HR, Operations, and Procurement to align solutions with strategic business goals and digital transformation roadmaps.
- Negotiating complex, multi-horizon commercial agreements that include multi-year commitments and professional services to ensure long-term value and minimize churn.
- Creating and delivering impactful presentations, proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews that demonstrate ROI, benchmark performance, and outline future-state roadmaps aligned with customer objectives.
What we're looking for
- Have proven Account Executive experience across UCaaS, CCaaS, and CX, with success in outbound prospecting, new logo acquisition, and push the status quo through tailored customer insights.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Cloud Economics, including CAPEX vs. OPEX models, and build TCO and financial impact models to justify investments to financial stakeholders.
- Use CRM systems and sales tools to manage pipeline development, forecasting, and deal progression with precision and accountability.
- Maintain accurate commit forecasts and mutual action plans to ensure visibility, predictability, and alignment across all opportunities.
- Exhibit resilience, adaptability, and a growth mindset while fostering collaboration, relationship-building, and effective communication across teams.
- Show continuous learning and evolution of sales approaches to stay driven in changing markets and customer environments.
