About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Web Strategy and Growth to lead the evolution of our digital experiences, platforms, and technology into powerful drivers of customer engagement, conversion, and revenue growth.

This is an opportunity for a digital leader who thinks beyond traditional website management. You'll own the strategy, roadmap, technology, and performance of our web ecosystem while identifying new ways to create value through product development, interactive tools, personalization, and AI-enabled experiences.

You'll lead a small team of web developers, translating business priorities into actionable development plans, setting clear expectations, and ensuring projects move forward with focus, accountability, and speed. Working closely with leadership and cross-functional partners, you'll balance immediate business needs with a longer-term vision for how our digital experiences can become smarter, more personalized, and more impactful.

• Own digital strategy and roadmap. Lead the strategy, priorities, performance, and ongoing evolution of our websites, digital platforms, and customer-facing experiences.
• Lead and develop the web development team. Provide day-to-day direction, assign priorities, balance workloads, and establish clear accountability to keep projects moving and deliverables on track.
• Drive product development. Identify opportunities to develop new digital tools, interactive experiences, and customer-facing solutions that create value beyond traditional website functionality.
• Optimize the customer journey. Improve end-to-end digital experiences across websites, landing pages, forms, tools, and other touchpoints to increase engagement, conversion, and revenue.
• Use data to drive decisions. Leverage analytics, customer insights, experimentation, and performance metrics to identify opportunities, measure results, and continuously improve digital experiences.
• Shape future technology capabilities. Explore and implement opportunities involving AI, personalization, automation, and data-driven experiences to create smarter and more relevant customer journeys.
• Manage the technology ecosystem. Evaluate and oversee web platforms, analytics, CRM integrations, marketing technology, vendors, and other tools to ensure technology investments support business objectives.
• Partner across the organization. Collaborate with leadership, Marketing, Sales, Product, and technical teams to understand business needs, prioritize opportunities, and deliver scalable solutions.
• Manage project execution. Establish realistic development timelines, assess resource requirements, manage competing priorities, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
• Balance strategy with execution. Stay close to the technical details, step in to troubleshoot challenges when needed, and help the team navigate complex projects and changing priorities.

• 5+ years of experience in digital product management, web strategy, growth marketing, digital experience, or a related field, preferably within a B2B marketing or technology environment.
• Experience leading web development teams, technical professionals, or digital product teams, with the ability to establish priorities, manage workloads, and hold team members accountable.
• Hands-on knowledge of modern web platforms, including WordPress and Google Analytics, with experience evaluating, managing, and making decisions about digital technology and marketing platforms.
• Experience with conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, analytics, CRM, marketing technology, and digital performance measurement.
• Strong product mindset, with experience owning a digital roadmap, identifying customer needs, prioritizing development opportunities, and driving continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to connect digital initiatives to measurable business outcomes, such as increased conversions, qualified leads, customer acquisition, engagement, or revenue growth.
• Experience managing technology vendors, platform selection, budgets, contracts, and technology investments preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled solutions, personalization, interactive tools, automation, or data-driven digital experiences is a plus.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to estimate development effort, manage timelines, allocate resources, and keep complex initiatives moving.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to move quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
